I'm one happy Final Fantasy 4 player thanks to Unprecedented Crisis and your mod. I love how you approached the story. I actually played through your mod twice because of an corrupted file, but I still thought your mod was so cool that I wanted to do it.
By the way, thanks for the quality of life improvements with the saves at the end, and selling Tinctures cheap enough that Rydia, Rosa, and Edge could use their magic without rationing it.

Being an item hoarder myself, I tried to make items available enough to where the player doesn't feel bad for having to use restoratives during a tough segment.

I also enjoyed the mod quite well. That ending actually took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting THAT of all things to happen.

Minor text mistake: After defeating Cagnazzo, Cecil refers to him to Kain as Kainazzo or something. I dunno if it was intentional or not but it was funny. Also, every instance after the fight says this.

I went back over the event and couldn't find a place where Kain or Kainazzo were referred to incorrectly. The Fiend's name is Kainazzo, not Cagnazzo, in this mod (same as the US version). Maybe that threw you off if you're used to the newer spelling?

I've only gotten to calbrena and it was kicking my ass lol

I'm not sure what you mean by Rosa's line not making sense? Glad you're enjoying it though!

Is there a sidequest for Yang at all? I know he was on his way back and said something about stopping by Mythril but didn't see him at all. Also what's the use for the spoon?

Fun hack. Difficulty seems to hit that balance of randoms being a threat but most can be made easy with a strategic approach. Resource management is interesting for those who favor a conservative playstyle though Tinctures are cheap enough so that buying 250 and going on a mad spellcasting spree is also a viable approach.
Completion time runs about 20-25 hours so it takes less of a time investment to finish. YMMV since playstyles vary and I'm using a patch for fast walking speed.
My most disastorous battle was not any of the bosses but one of the randoms. Edge got charmed and proceeded to go berserk on his teammates. Barely escaped with one character at low HP and the rest dead.
