Quick question: Are there any more ways of getting Griffin Eyes besides betting the Birdo Egg at the Coliseum? I bet my only Birdo Egg to get one so now I have two. Loving this latest version of the hack, by the way.
Also, is Mark V Armor seriously Otis's best armor as far as flat defense goes?

They are a rare steal from the Jabbrwocky monster in the Dinosaur Forest still, but aside from that there might just be that one that's a treasure in the Seascape Town (South Figaro) basement under the rich man's house, but it sounds like you've gotten that one since you have 2 now.
And good to hear, I'm glad to know you are still playing Beastly!
I do believe that's the best armor for Otis, yeah. Not sure why he can't use the Enigma Plate as well, but for some reason I don't have him able to.

Yep I did get the one in Seascape Town. I'm low-levelling again on Casual version. I asked because last time I LLG'd, I got all the way to Dark Cloud, but couldn't get past her due to the mass status it does (that plus Tentacle).
I managed to beat her this time around, but you wouldn't believe what I had to do to win...
One more question: Soma Drops - they're in a finite supply, right?

Oh cool, I'd really like to see that LLG if you recorded it!
Much of the AI obviously wasn't changed for these bosses thus far, except for Insane, so yeah I'd imagine the same troubles would arise, but the monster stats have been greatly altered/nerfed so hopefully that was noticeable.
Some Drops, you can steal them from Infernals (those big proto babil guys), and farm them from the rare Ice Demon encounter at WoR Narshe Battlefield, that snow area before Tritoch. It's a 1/16th chance encounter and a rare drop on top of that, so...oh right you're doing a LLG lol, so yeah don't wanna get them that way. Stealing from Infernals is a possibility.

Ok, cool. I kinda don't want to farm Soma Drops for...reasons. Just wanted to know.
And yeah, I am recording, by the way. I just haven't uploaded anything yet. But I will say it has, overall, not been an easy ride. Especially had a hell of a time against the ghost train, Crawler, the FC escape, and Soul Eater (especially) to name a few.
Oh yeah, I ran into a bug in Spellbound Castle - apparantly if Arc runics a Vortex spell while he has reflect active, it bounces back to the enemy and removes its sprite from screen but it can still target you with its attacks while you can't target it with yours. Found that a bit - interesting...
