Windows 10? More like Windows Spyware

I've been seeing articles like this pretty much ever since Windows 10 was announced, and it makes me wonder why on Earth people put up with it.
If nothing else, I'm glad I'm never going anywhere near that piece of shit. I wouldn't fuck that with Hitler's dick.

You haven't truly made it as an evil corporation until Cracked starts making fun of you.

Then the idiot links to a TECH DEMO that Squeenix put out and I had to call them out on their absolute horse-shit. I really did.
It started in this thread and then things just continue to go downhill as more morons try to hit their heads against the wall to 'prove me wrong'. They fail miserably.
Some highlights of idiocy:
Recommending an SSD on someone with a total budget just under $600. Because the game takes absolutely forever to load (hint: it loads super fast in under 10 seconds most times even on my 4+ year old 7200 RPM mechanical hard drive).
Recommending an objectively weaker CPU because 'hyperthreading is more important' apparently despite it being useless for gaming for over a decade. Also weaker in benchmarks, but screw logic.
Bragging about having a GTX 970 and not being aware of the major issues with it (and the lawsuits) since it is a 3.5GB card masquerading as 4GB.
Calling me a troll/(insertnamehere) that is 'attacking' them for calling them out for their bullshit. I guess anyone is a 'troll' when they beat you in useful info. Ok then.

I never get the people that shill so hard for DirectX 12 and Windows 10. Are they investors in Microsoft? (Likely not).
Why would they care so much whether a certain company's OS get a custom build just for them? It is absurd.
I've managed to be techie enough to avoid all this shit. I moved my father to Linux Mint for banking/taxes/sensitive stuff. He has a Windows 7 laptop for various Windows-only programs that he likes to use, but he finds using the Linux Mint thing far easier and more enjoyable (no viruses, no worries).

Feel free to use both. I have Linux on my laptop and use it exclusively for non-gaming purposes like banking, taxes, and other sensitive transactions. I use Win7 x64 on my desktop because it was the last/stable version of Windows without the bullshit of Microsoft meddling. I avoided installing those terrible updates that put in more tracking into Win7 and Win8.1 and got rid of potential crud with some helpful tools.

I put linux on my moms PC as well. She kept complaining about how slow it was so I got sick of it and installed linux mint on it. Much lighter.

To call Windows 10 malware isn't even an insult - it's simple fact. What Windows 10 does by Microsoft's own admission is the textbook definition of malware. And people stand for this shit?
Join with me, brothers, and fight this war! Our forefathers didn't fight and die for our freedom just so we could let these assholes take it away from us. And this isn't even hyperbole - the objective of Windows 10 from its very installation method is to take away your freedom to choose.
So what about you? Will you fall in line, or will you open your arms to fight?
