Is this technique(frog drop) still in the game or has it been removed? If it's still would someone mind telling me where to find it since it's not possible to aquire it the normal way via the Gigan toad enemy.

Everything that does fixed, undefendable damage like Thievery, Frog Drop, and Dragon Crest (or whatever it's called) are gone.

I read it as
Everything that does fixed, undefendable damage is gone
with the examples added inline.
