SOTN - way to stop gaining experience on each kill?
24 January 2017 - 02:48 AM
I'm looking for a way to make Alucard stop gaining experience whenever I kill something.
Before someone says "just stop killing stuff" 1) you also gain experience from bosses 2) I don't want to reduce the gameplay experience to "avoid combat for 90% of the game". -
Idea: Recommended levels for each dungeon

Hey guys, I'm super new to this mod, just started last night and was tired so I'll be restarting it today. Glimpsed a lot of new things and my brain couldn't compute everything.
I'm coming from a place where I played Bravely Second, so take my suggestion with a grain of salt. What I liked in Bravely Second was how it always let me know the level range recommended for each area, so that if I wanted to do things like farming or just kill stuff for fun I would simply toggle experience gain off from the options and keep the game relatively challenging.
What I liked about Bravely Second for the little that I managed to played it (it was a friend's 3DS so I've only cleared the prologue and a bit of chapter 1) was that keeping my level at the minimum recommended for each area made boss fights a fight for my life, that lasted 5-6 minutes or more, and that I could do it without previous knowledge of the game (because of how it made me aware of what level range is good for each area).
Are there any plans of implementing something similar, or at least a reference list with recommended levels?
