Question 1) So I am at the final room in the game (the one with the psynergy stone and the slope to the elevator to the top of the lighthouse) Trying to get a Kikuichimonji and/or another Zodiac Wand for another +2 turns and getting rid of the HP penalty from Elven Rapier on Ivan. Since I was never good at doing the RNG methods shared on Gamefaqs I always lost sanity using the Djinn Kill method, however since I am playing on my Wii could I just cheese the process by using a save state prior to landing the killing blow and load if it does not drop? Or does the RNG method still work? For reference http://www.gamefaqs....-sun/faqs/18700 was the guide I was talking about. Tacking on to this save state question could I save state in the Tolbi Springs mini game and save while the coin is spinning in the area(before the ding) and load if it does not give me what I wanted

Question 2) Are there any other good monster drop equipment I should have been aware of? In vanilla at the end of the day it was all about Gaia Blade for Issac, Muramasa for Garet, Swift Sword or Kikuichimonji for Ivan, and usually a Frost Wand or a Blessed Mace if I got lucky while looking for the Kikuichimonji for Mia.

Question 3) So I have been running with hybrid classes the entire game as I always liked Garet as a Samurai and Issac as a Ninja while Ivan and Mia end up as... I can't remember at the moment as I am not near my Wii to see what they have been. But a few videos I have seen on youtube showcased the bosses I am stuck on(Toadonpa and first door to Crossbone Isle) are using mono classes, is this because Djinns really make the difference in long boss fights(specifically Granite and Flash) and you loose less stats/Psynergy when relying on Djinns and summons?

Question 4) I do plan on playing Risen Star after this and wanted to know if my data is going to transfer? Dumb question I know but I figured since I am asking the previous questions I might as well ask.

This has been a wild ride so far, missing only two Djinns and am at max level assuming 50 is the max here(I lost about a day and a half worth of work and I was raging pretty hard so I wasted time killing Tempest Lizard) I really loved this hack and am looking forward to seeing what the next game and version of this mod will look like.

It does not. Tolbi is different.

Djinn do make a big difference, but what this is missing is the fact that summon rushing is extremely risky. Keep in mind that when your Djinn are not set or are on cooldown you lose all the stats and bonuses from your class, which makes you really weak and easy to kill.

I tend to use mono-elemental classes because of the psynergy items throughout the game that you can tack on to anyone regardless of class. There are a few dual-elements and beyond that I use, but this is up to preference and which fight you're on.

Yes, it will. There was a bug a while back that made a certain item transfer incorrectly, but that's long since been fixed.

The RNG method still works it just takes slight adjusting to work well if that makes sense. I believe AnimaZero here on the board did a playthrough that used the RNG manipulation method for specific drops.

I believe there are however I cannot remember all them off the top of my head. I have been working on a wiki for this mod when i have the spare time to work on it. Sorry this info wasn't readily available but i will get it ready at some point.

I prefer the mono classes as I don't like changing classes mid battle when I need to set a few djinn. However there are those that do like the dual and tri elemental classes and have used them well. The game is a lot about experimentation and getting you to learn a lot of the intricate details for the game.

One djinni is in the Crossbone Isle as for the one your missing you could always google it. As Advent mentioned in his post things should transfer just fine if there any issues with the transfer please let me know.

Thanks for the info Vanish and Advent, I do know I am missing the Lunpa Djinn and Crossbone Djinn. I will toy around with monster hunting tonight for some drops using a vanilla guide. I figured Djinn/summon rushing from vanilla would be deadly so I have never tried it on this game and will still avoid that tactic, as well as fine tuning my own tactics. Oh man I am having pre nightmares for Poseidon, he was always the bane of my existence in my Lost Age runs I can't wait to try that!

P.S. sorry if it felt like there was sarcasm in that last sentence, I actually like getting thrashed by super bosses or bosses in RPGs like Demi Fiend from Digital Devil Saga. Those kinda challenges are fun!

Awesome hack, I was able to finish by just tweaking my strategies a little bit. Was not expecting to crush final boss but then again I was decked out in Crossbone Isle gear, and the only fights there that gave me trouble were door 4's boss due to the "Yup gonna heal to full now" stroke of unluck and door 6(and to lesser extent penultimate boss) because someone decided to do nothing but guard once they were solo. So I had to whittle away the mass amount of life doing double to triple digits worth of damage for a loooooooooong time.

Oh man don't remind me. Testing him was a NIGHTMARE. By far the most complex boss AI in the game If I can balance all the bosses to be as deadly as him and Avimander I will be happy.

Really glad you liked it. I am looking forward to what your take on RS is. I have been waiting to make updates based on player feedback so the game has been stuck on version 1 for a long time. Hopefully that will change soon.

It was also fucking hilarious, especially when you'd use Hikariuzu and flip your shit over his regen.
