Hows it going, new to the site. Been reading here off and on for months now. Cool group of people from what I can tell.
From Houston Texas, really big into games my favorite genre being Strategy games. Really big Total war Fan and Civ fan.
I use to be heavily involved in MUDS building for a few but thats pretty much the closest to "Modding" I have done lol.
Id really like to learn how to mod as I can be really creative. Glad to be part of the site

Whereabouts are you at? I stay in West Houston, Synchysi is up around the Heights, Mishrak lives around Alvin-ish, I think, and I believe Bastard Poetry is in Spring?

I grew up around Clear Lake... place is a lot more built up these days from what I've seen/heard/

Yea they expanded the heck out of baybrook mall and still going in that area. 45 has expanded out so no more congestion. Got us a torchys taco built here cant wait for that!

I always used to say that I-45 south has been under construction since I was in diapers and it's going to be until I'm back in them >.>

Id really like to learn to mod while also having some good discussions with like minded people. Im checking out the links posted earlier. Being able to be creative and tailor a game to your liking would be awesome. Especially in RTS games. I have been lurking here for a while you guys seemed pretty cool and level headed

I grew up around the Pasadena/Deer Park/La Porte area. Longing to go back some day.
Best I can say is that if you wanna learn about modding, I think a shameless plug or two will do you some good.
