If you're going to decide to keep playing the other tasks, according to your feedback on Task#1, then ignore the first task and try the others, before. That because the first task has a too much difficult logic to understand and the first impression will be awful for most of the attempters...
Task #1: (logic difficulty: 9.5/10 MOON LOGIC)

Check below for knowing more about tasks and the contest.
Here's my first project:
Not too much complex, basically a contest similar to the one of Lockirby2, if you don't know what i'm talking about(quite improbable... it's Lockirby2 ), then i'll simply copy-paste the features and rules below:
Features:
- You'll start from a save that i'll provide you with a link;
- Starting from there, you'll have to complete a task that i'll write under the link;
- You'll have to create a video that shows you complete the task;
- One task each month, so... the contest lasts about 30 days starting from when i post the related task;
- Everybody submits a YouTube video, which is unlisted until the contest period ends, just send me the link to the video...
Rules:
-The time starts at the moment when you load the save.
-The time ends when you finish the task;
-The goal is not to upload your video on an earlier date than everybody else.
-A video uploaded today with a time of 50 minutes (as timed above) will lose to a video uploaded tomorrow with a time of 30 minutes.
-Therefore, the entire period from save load to task complete must be recorded for timing, and it's all important.
-However, this means that there is no pressure to get this done today.
-You have a full month, so you can fit this in where it can be in your schedule.
-Or you can use that time to optimize your route if you have plenty of time.
-I will be hopefully upload a video showing the top four contenders on the same screen, to compare the routes and have a fun results video.
PS. I dunno if i'm able to show'em in the same screen, but i'll try to do something
Differences:
- Any task's save will be hacked, so... even veterans will always see something new;
- That means you'll download a patch for the basic rom, plus the save;
- I may decide to put the task in a specific place of the story, it may result handy providing you a savestate too... if there's an event or something. Otherwise you'll simply load my save and the timer will actually start in the specific moment in which you'll be able to begin the task;
- My tasks may result a bit harder, or tricky... but still accessible to everyone.
- I dunno what's planning Lockirby2 for his contest, anyway my tasks may be focused on goals like: Solve a sort of puzzle, invented by me; Escaping from a place; Surviving from something, etc;
I don't want just to imitate Lockirby2, i want show you something fun to play or watch, i'm also curious to know your skill at gaming, since i'm new
I really suggest this and Lockirby2's contest to casual players: you may learn some interesting tricks and strategies from veterans videos, or simply discover them from yourself, and eventually become more skilled in general
Are you interested? lemme know if you wanna try this contest too

I already know what will be my first task, anyway i'm gonna create it, and eventually provide the link to the patch and the save, during this night.
I'll try to spread "pieces" of the puzzle here and there, in order to solve the task, or at least... to solve it in a lesser time.
I'll give you just the title of the task #1 for now...
Task #1: RESCUE TERRA!!!

Despite i didn't even let the time to potential players of my contest to see my project presentation and stuff(at least 1 day, i think...),
they'll have about 30 days to see the first task announce and eventually try... so they shouldn't miss the chance of partecipate, i think

Anyway here's the task:
Task #1 : RESCUE TERRA!!!
Place: Narshe caves labyrinth, before moogle's den;
Enemies: guards of Narshe and their leader;
Task goal: beat the leader.
Ok, it doesn't seem so much original... basically is the same of the story... not exactly.
Everything is hacked: you, the enemies and other stuff.
In order to win you'll have to figure out where's the stuff and how to use it properly.
The possible combinations are a lot, actually i'm not even able to say which is the best way to speed run, choose the one you wish
Time start: beginning of June 22
Time end: the end of July 21
When you record the task, the actual starting of the task's timer is when the moogles stop their explanation and you can move Locke.
PS. you must record since the save load, anyway you can skip the story event using a savestate, in order to save time, but you must show me clearly the path before and after the load of the savestate.

Are you interested? i mean, this time you don't have to be a master to beat this hack, actually average and casuals will have the chance of learning some new tricks and strategies playing and/or watching this hack, besides it's not time consuming

As said before it won't take you much time, if you don't want to win the contest...
So it won't affect your gameplay at BNW too
Anyway yes, it's the beginning.

If you have any problem with my files, feel free to ask me anything on how to make them work, or even if you have doubts about the task

I was having issue with the rom, but then I downloaded a headered rom and all my problems where fixed. I don't know if anyone else has had the same issue, but I hope it helps.

So you say it changes from an unheadered rom to a headered one?
Since i only work with headered roms, i never noticed the difference ;P
I think that may help, anyway
PS. with accessible i was meaning the task, i'm still not so hardcore to put a challenge even in making work the rom!!
About you... so you solved the problem and are able to play my task, right? have fun!!!

You can load the save state starting only from when the Tenkarider's staff intercepts Terra, and that save state MUST load, at maximum, within the black screen in which the moogle speaks.
Another rule to follow is that, before loading the save state you must show the items in the inventory(all in the same visible portion of the items inventory screen), and when you have loaded the save state, as soon as you can move, you must open the inventory and show the inventory to verify that there are the same items at the same position.
Too much fiscal? C'mon, the timer will start after you'll leave the items inventory screen(not the inventory in general XD)
PS. If you didn't even planning to use the save state, then you can ignore all the shit written above

Uhmm... no good.
Perhaps i should nerf drugs too? XD

I just wanted to make you recording the task in a professional way... who cares? XD
I don't want to risk that someone doesn't try the task, beacuse it may start to sound complicate or something.
If you wish, you can make start the video in the exact moment in which you can move Locke and the moogles... i'll find out your starting items in a snap in any case
PS. if there's someone that would like to partecipate, but doesn't know how to record the task... just tell me and i'll provide you what you need
Another thing: i've created the task only in english because i wanted to make fast, but if there's someone that would like the italian version, then let me know that, and i'll provide you the italian version in a snap

There are more than 10 different ways... 3 among them seems to be the fastest ones, but it's very unpredictable
Besides there could be ways that i didn't even realize
I'm really curious to know what will be your solution

Two great advices(despite the Infoman in the story mention that) :
THE INVENTORY IN BATTLE: Pay attention to your resources in the inventory, while you are in battle;
WEAPON SWITCH IN BATTLE: take in consideration the necessity of switch weapons in battle, really.
If you'll ask for further advices i may give you some, but the ones above are SO much important, that actually makes the puzzle a lot simpler.
It would have been nice if you caught that details on your own, but i admit that they are actually advanced strategies.
As said in previous posts these tasks aims to teach really nice tricks to mid-casual players, in order to make them better at FF6
PS. my personal record to complete the task is about 10:30
