hey all, newbie here to the forums. Have a question... when will this patch be COMPLETE??

This mod is complete in the sense that it is playable from start to finish.
It is not complete in the same way BNW isn't: It's still being worked on and receiving changes by its developer.
Also, I recommend you to not expect timetables on anything. The people working on these games do it because they enjoy it, so it would, obviously, fall under how much time they have to spend on them at any given moment.

the honest answer is: "it is done when it is done or I'm pissed off and abandon the hack completely"
as for a rough roadmap what is planned refer to here; this should easily last me 2 years.
