Anyone want to post the enemy HPs or weaknesses for the enemies that drop/Morph the ultimate weapons? These are truly ultimate weapon enemies! Nice work Sega Chief and crew!
Zombie Dragon (Barrier and MBarrier are useful here)
weakness: Fire (sure not Holy), I recommend Quadra Magic Flare
Iron Man (Barrier will let you survive crits and normal single attacks)
weakness: Earth (Gravity doesn't work), I recommend Quadra Magic Break
King Behemoth
weakness: L5 Suicide (does 9999 damage) & Earth (his magic defense is REALLY high, so I'd recommend sticking with L5S)
Armored Golem
weakness: Earth (do not use Break if you're going for Morph, you can Petrify it)

There's a tool available from Qhimm called 'Proud Clod (PrC)' that can show all enemy stats/weaknesses.
