I have been away from this forum for a few years now, due to life issues. Moving, medical issues and all that stuff. I'm going to check the threads, but I was wondering about what happened to these boards? I was almost done with the full 1.3 and working my way through the DD, and doing every fight. I want to finish the game, and I still see some of the same names.

I will be playing a few other patches on this site as well. Are people still working on hard mode here?

Heya, welcome back!

The place is active still, though the traffic has shifted a little. As 1.3 doesn't see any active development, traffic is down, but it comes in spurs. Without having any statistics in front of me, I guess that the two most active forums would be FFVI:BNW and SMRPG:A.

There are still several mods that are being actively developed. It's not one hundred percent hard mods, but it's still a large part of the community.

We had a period of time where one couldn't register on the homepage, so the influx of new members halted completely. This naturally affected the site in several ways. However, this has been fixed and administration and development of the site is slowly getting picked back up again.

Heya there. Yes, we're mlre than active. Chat has never been this active before, and several mods are in current development. For the newest in FFT, Monster Tactics is a fun and challenging mod. FFVII New Threat, FFVI BNW are two consolidated and well executed mods that are really two keystones of the site. MMX New Hard Type is still in development, SMRPG:A as well, FFIV: The Darkness Within... many projects to worth checking out.

I definitely plan to check out the Darkness within mod, and the BNW. I still check out your videos, Hart. I have been paying attention to the mega Man mod. It's looking pretty nice so far. I should be more active on here again. I quite missed it.
