I know it would be a tremendous amount of work for the modder, but I'm curious as to how practical it would be to make the same changes to the balance of FFVI Advance. The main advantage would of course be the endgame content added to the GBA version, which I don't believe is in BNW, correct me if I'm wrong. Thoughts?
Any chance of a GBA version?

We have no interest in the endgame content of FF6A. I personally consider it to be very halfassed and thrown on with absolutely no regard for balance or whether or not it even actually fits thematically (the Dragon's Den in particular sticks out like a sore thumb). There are a couple of ideas that I have for when/if we ever get around to 2.0, which will add content in a way that I feel would fit in a lot better with the game.
Beyond that, the FF6A ROM is *far* less-explored than the SNES version is, and a lot of what we do would be difficult or practically impossible for the time being.

I think that if BTB/Synchisi were to conceptualize and develop their own bonus content, they could probably get it done ten times faster than modding the GBA version and do something more interesting than the Dragon's Den. Not that I'm saying they need to do that either, necessarily...

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. Keep up the good work, and if you want my 2 cents, any mod that adds more stuff to do at high levels is a huge bonus. Cheers!
