Here are the strangest things seen playing Final Fantasy Tactics 1.3.08
Number 1: A petrified character blocking a physical attack with a shield. (is true I saw it today)
Number 2: Deep Dungeon Tiger Dark Chocobos are only immune to Pray Faith or Doubt Faith.
Number 3: Spell absorb will absorb MP from 0 MP characters.
Number 4: Now I understand why zodiac compatibility is important. (if your enemy is out of reach of your attack or spell your can decide to move towards that enemy base on his zodiac compatibility.

While some are untrue (true to the Malak persona, being untruth), these aren't really "strange" things.

As far as physical attacks go, I saw Altima 2 doing one on Alma, and it even missed. It was funny rather than strange to me, but considering she has 1 PA, No Charge, more than enough MA and MP... Yeah, weird to think that was the best course of action for the AI.

Here is the prove that a petrified character can block with a shield. I didn't have soft and I wanted to undo a petrified from female enemy archer at Sweegy Woods to try turn her into a crystal. I happen to have a Oracle with white staff near by and when I try to remove the petrified with the white staff the petrified archer block the white staff hit with her shield.
