How do I get cloud's level 8 limit?

I've done everything except beat the 3 statues, the dream shine and the invincible boss in narche... cloud is at level 60... I'm a completionist so I would really appreciate the spoiler

iirc he doesn't get it (omnislash v5 is the name btw) til the 70s or later

np, I went digging (well grinding really) and cloud got omnislash v5 at 70 so if you haven't hit 70 yet with cloud, that's the lvl to shoot for
