As I said before, the one thing that really springs to mind as far as things I'd really like to see tweaked go are the formations. There's very little difference between many of them, and most just suck.
Also, I'd like to see the ability to remove Ryu from the active party, though you'd have to check to see if that would break anything, I imagine you'd probably have to wait until adulthood to "activate" that feature.

I would think that'd be within the game files and something that's not easily found, so I wouldn't hold my breath on that one.
Formations, however, I'm pretty sure are just above the enemies in the area. I still have yet to nail down the specific offsets, though.

I'd forgotten one very important fact: Gameshark and Action Replay codes do the same thing I'm doing, only they edit the lines of code being executed instead of the game itself. Therefore, I can use them to help me find stuff!
So fucking happy right now.

However, there's ways to kind of work around that. What we can probably do is keep Accession in mind when balancing abilities, and which abilities are available to which transformation. I'm gonna try to keep them competitive, with Emitai's (and everyone's) help of course.

abilities he can only change the base power, and yes he cant do nothing about the power of dragon tranformation besides tweak the skill that are no related to draogn genes. And about skills, see on documentation the formula and how the base is calculated, only the base of spells can be changed, he dont know where the formulas are stored so we cant change the formula.

Yes. I think it's because of how the Dragon Gene system is in itself. You have 118 possible combinations of different transformations (abilities, attributes, elemental properties, transformation cost, and cost per turn) before Triple gene transformations.
As Emitai stated, I can edit abilities, but I can't edit the attributes, which is where the problem lies. It's their attributes that are the main problem from a balancing standpoint.
The Infinity Gene -- Berserk Kaiser -- by itself gives you a 300% HP boost, 250% boost to Pwr and Def, and a 150% boost to Agl and Int. Infinity, Radiance, and Trance genes -- Complete Kaiser -- probably have the same boosts, only now you can control him and use whatever abilities Ryu has in his arsenal.
That is absolutely huge, and I guarantee you that unless I can find this stuff, it will be a problem moving forward.
Edit:

It's not that I don't know where they're stored (I don't, but I haven't tried to look either), it's that everything is stored in hex. There's nothing you'll find that looks like a mathematical equation anywhere in the code of the game.
It's guess and check.
