Same concept as the "Help" section on the undermost part of the screen, but including articles that are timelessly relevant, such as the 101 modding or the scope creep article.
The idea would be that those articles are read (or at least, the respective links) by all users, including lurkers, and aren't lost within time.
I hope my point is being made here lol.
EDIT: worst case ISP scenario, double thread. Sorry
"ID stickies" section or whatever

Where, exactly?
Not sure I understand this location:
EDIT:
OH! You mean the site footer.
Ok, I can do that. What would it be called, though? What to put in it?

I was thinking of articles like these:
http://www.insanedif...his-is-for-you/
http://www.insanedif...kes-a-good-mod/
http://www.insanedif...mods-and-hacks/
http://www.insanedif...ticles-storage/
I'm most likely forgetting about another one, but you'll get the main idea from these.

What I think he means is add a page that has those listed in it.
That said, I really don't know how many people even check the footer. I used the multiquote button exponentially more than the footer links.

Multiquote? Wow. I missed a lot here.
But yeah, for instance, having a link called like the article: "Got a question about modding?" And have the respective links in there (the Scope Creep article, "What makes a good mod", "game balance", etc). The idea is for users to have a visible link that directs them to answer their questions about modding. It's the parallel of having the Patching Guide in Help, for instance.
