Insane Difficulty: Magus is broken - Insane Difficulty

While I was fighting this dude called Magus (he was where Culex was in the original game) the palette for everyone went bonkers after like, the 7th turn. Just a few turns later, it was Peach's turn and nothing showed up. I took a picture of somewhat bad quality, but oh well.

Going to have to give more details than that if you want anything done.

First off, still v8? If so, everything's completely different now anyway.
Second, what happened before the bug?
Third, can you reproduce this?

I belive something like this happened to me in v8. If I can remember enough, I think it softlocks after he uses Dark Matter, but only under certain circumstances. I doesn't happens everytime unless you savestate mid-fight.

1. Yes, v8.
2. Mario and Bowser had died by damage, Peach was invincible from Celebi, and Magus used Dark Matter.
3. Haven't had time to refight him, I'll try later.

did peach take a turn first?
before any1 else could take action?
