It's a fairly minor bug, because I've fought Kuja maybe 8 times now with 2 people with counter magic, and it's only happened once.
In other news, Kuja is HARD.

FUCKING GODDAMN IT.
I was fucking WINNING. I found out he Flare stars when he is low on mp, I'd done 30000+ damage, been throwing ether at him, had 2 fucking people with full ATB bars, he FUCKING Darks Amarant and it fucking misses AGAIN,

yeah, Kuja took me two tries because Flare Star surprised me.
