i'm assign Poach ability to my DK, then he killed black chokobo and ... corpse black chokobo dont disappeared and items dont appeared in the Poachers Den
why is that?

Poach only works if you kill the monster via the Attack (or Counter) command.
Additionally (at least on PSX 1.3; I assume the bug is present in PSP as well), using a Knight Sword prevents poaching as well.
So if you were using a swordskill or attacking with a Knight Sword equipped... that'd explain it.

Say, items from poaching changed into 1.3b4 too (as compared with vanila version)?

I don't know what the changes were in b5 (the more recent one), but in that, poaching only gets you consumable chemist items. I'm not sure if that's the case in b4, but to confirm, you can check the Poaching tab in FFTPatcher.

Considering poaching is a terrible mechanic, I'm not too upset. I would tweak it if I was patching fft so it would be pretty useless.

I tried poaching and it yielded only (to my dismay) potions and other consumable stuffs. 
where are we going to get those items that can only be obtained through poaching? (Perfumes , rubber costumes etc. etc. )
Unless there are other ways to get those aside from poaching that i am missing.
Help would really be appreciated.gif)

All of those items are now available in story missions as stealable or move-find items.
