New Hard Type v.0.0.5 To Do List: (Aimed to be a Christmas release!)

Level Edits:
- Finish adding enemy positions to Prototype ROM
- Port events to the New Hard Type ROM
- Draw new graphics for all of the stage

Enemy Edits:
- Enhance enemy behaviour
- Rebalance enemy damage values

Engine Edits:
- Allow double tap dash
- Double test leg upgrade (it has new features compared to the original, and I have to be 200% sure it works correctly)
- Fix charging palette

Dialogue Edits:
- Customize intro cutscene to reflect Hard Type Changes (In particular, to specify what each upgrade does as optional parts)
- Customize intro text to present the hack
- Customize Start Screen, similar to X2 Hard Type

Getting there. Updated the list. The graphics are what's gonna take me the most, but it's also the last thing I'm gonna do, so I don't know how feasible a Christmas release is. But, progress is being made.
