Hello, I need help

Hey, I'm new here and not really sure where to post this question so I'm sorry if this is the completely the wrong place, but I'm trying to play the final fantasy 1.3 content patch. I have the patch and the bin/cue files for fft but i need help finding or making the disk image file so i can actually patch it. If you could take the time to help my dumbass figure this out I'd really appreciate it
