hey guys I wanted to upload a few pics of a game I wanted to talk about in the general discussion section but idk how and when I went to my profile settings to try to create my first gallery, it said I wasn't allowed to, any idea why?
as a side note it is not a game shown here on ID but instead on smwcentral, im not sure if that would have an impact as im trying to upload them directly from my comp but I would like to know why that is so

Currently regular users don't have permissions to create a gallery for the Media page. Otherwise we'd end up with tons of random pics. We only want pictures of our mods on the Media page btw.

Archael is correct.
What you can do -- and this is something I do myself with my writeup threads -- is upload them on imgur or some other image hosting site, then embed the picture in the thread you're wanting to make with the
[ IMG]<insertimageURLhere>[ /IMG] tag. Just take out the spaces.
