Let's add a new Forum under the Difficult Games and Mods section and people can take modding talk unrelated to 1.3 there

A new forum for FFT modding talk unrelated to 1.3 might be a good idea. Lots of people seem to be interested.

Sound off if you guys are interested in having a forum other than the 1.3 forum to talk about this stuff and organize projects.

(I personally would rather play than mod, but there seems to be a need.)

I know nothing of modding, but if there is enough demand for it, why not? Seems like it could be spiffy for those modders.

This sounds like it'd be pretty awesome. I've been looking into programming and whatnot so a place to discuss modding/hacking in general sounds like a good idea to me.

It's FFT hacking. Your not programming a damned game in c++.

There's tools for it num nuts.

This forum is not a bad Idea. I trust that people here will not spam up the forum with unfinished junk.

edit: and as a side note, people could just maintain a thread for their hacks until they were completed / near completion, and then get a sub forum if worthy

I think its a great idea honestly. Not only will it give people a place to talk about their mods but it will also allow them to ask questions if something odd happens.

Like I said above, with all of the productive patches that have already arisen (or complete), this cannot be a bad idea.

I say go for it.

Plus, I know a lot about FFT Modding, along with Archael/ DRbretto, so this could be a very good idea for support/ questions, as soltaker said.
