Rules:
Squire/Chemist/Mime are common classes (available to all players and not featured in the draft).
BUT in each battle there is a limit of 3 instances (total) of Item & Basic Skill (including Ramza's).
Poaching may be used, but players without the Thief class must wait until after Finath.
In the draft, each player gets to pick five classes.
Draft is Snake style (1-2-3-4-5-6-6-5-4-3-2-1-1-2-3-4-5-6-6-5-etc)
Cumulative brave+faith per unit allowed is 130.
Monsters are usable from start of game.
Over the course of the game your usable party members are limited to Ramza + 7 generics + 5 monsters.
Classes to be drafted are the 17 remaining base classes, Dark Knight, Onion Knight, Mustadio's Engineer, and some monsters. Full list in spoiler:
