Insane Difficulty: how to recruit kakashi in 1.3.1.3? - Insane Difficulty

Hello guys!

I'm wondering how to recruit kakashi, the new addition to the game in 1.3.1.3 since I start the fight and kakashi doesn't appear. I kill Wiegraf swiftly, like in 1 turn before he even gets to react, is that the issue? I have to wait longer to kill him?

Kakashi was relocated to the Luso encounter in Chapter.... 3 I think?

Yeah, he was relocated. Been a while since he was recruited in the Wiggy 1 fight.
