Anyone up to making an ID Background for PC's? I kind of feel like sporting this shit. I want to right now, but my lappy doesn't have jack shit when it comes to programs.

A powerful, completely free image manipulating program! And if you don't like the floating windows, Gimp 2.8 will have a single windowed mode! Give it a shot

Yeah, I have Gimp. I'm more used to the PS tools though. My lappy has so much lag as well.
I'm going to give it a try. TY.
