Insane Difficulty: Help with magikoopa? - Insane Difficulty

I cant beat magikoopa (In bowsers keep)

Im level 100, have Celebi (so its not a problem for FP,HP Etc)

I even tried using a found illusion and i still cant beat him!

could some help? any tips?

he wont stop healing

(im useing fire-claw too)

Have you tried using the Hurly Gloves?
