Insane Difficulty: Working Patch File? - Insane Difficulty

So, i only have found one working patch for FFTWOTL 1.3 that doesn't give me the error 80020148. This patch crashes my psp instead D:. Has anyone got a working one (I can't find one anywhere...). If this is the wrong place to ask this question then sorry (I have PAL)
