How many bars did you manage to empty?
Anyway remember that if you keep Interceptor on Terra, both Terra and Shadow will be forbidden for the challenge.

I can pretty much assure you that those who can record this will, and if they can't, then a writeup is sufficient. Those that are here for more than a few days aren't gonna try to inflate their ego by boasting about a game challenge they haven't beaten. It is something that we all know to be beyond pointless. >.>

If you wanna ruin my fun, then you have to defeat by boss... the greater your win, the greater will be my sadness XD

I kind of disagree with that premise, as it's very easy to make something unbeatable, but I also kind of like it at the same time.

Even so, i think it's professional to show your party stuff before the fight, anyway...

XD my hack is REALLY hard to win, but not impossible, i'm not an idiot...
Besides the difficulty of my hack is designed in a clever way, not just a spamming of 8000+ damage area attacks.
Anyway provocation is my type of advertising
At the beginning people will want to teach me a lesson destroying my boss XD, but after the fight, and eventually after a win, who'll have played my hack will apreciate it very much
At the moment 3 guys tried my hack, no one still won, but they said they like it

Of course, even I do that. Recording takes a bit of know-how, but I'd be surprised if anyone who is capable of using an emulator didn't know how to take (and crop) a screenshot. >.>

To be honest, very few people in here, myself included, are looking for this thread to check it; it shows up in the "New Content" window every time someone posts. It's nowhere near as far out of the way as you might think.

Sadly too much people lost the pleasure of a pure challenge, in the golden ages hard hacks would have been more visited...
But i won't blame this on new-gen guys, after all dark souls had a great success, so there's still an hope for hard games.
Anyway i'll let my hack and challengers to talk...
I'm appeared from nowhere, proposing you this challenge, i think it's too quick for leave a good impression, but the time could change things(or not XD)...

Well yeah, but (at least for me) it's usually curiosity more than anything, and a lot of times I'll just click it if only to get the little "New post!" icon off the page.

We don't even have enough people on the site for that kind of response unless it was linked on like Kotaku or something.

I think you're jumping the gun here, but part of the reason might simply be that it's just a boss. A single boss. If you'll check the downloads section, everything we host here (sans beta projects) are full games, not just a single boss that's meant to be difficult.

Something being hard isn't the point, it's being challenging. That probably doesn't make much sense, so let me elaborate. Something being hard is not enough, it's how well (not how much) it challenges the player. Difficulty is nothing more than another way to deliver enjoyment to the player, and just like every other way (graphics, mechanics, story) it needs to be done correctly to be effective. Note that I am in no way saying that your challenge is not done correctly; I'm speaking generally.
