Nice, would you ever consider of doing that with no exp skill activated, in future?
Well, actually i'd not suggest it to anyone... i did a critical LV1 run both in KH1FM and KH2FM recently and it
was kinda masochistic(but satisfying too)
On a side note in those conditions i think KH1FM is harder, especially Sephiroth at LV1...

Congrats. I've never beaten lingering will. But my only playthrough of kh2fm was a level 1 initial equips no items run. Trying to beat him under those conditions is beyond brutal lol

Tbh i think that it's just stupid to add also "only initial equips", "no item" and any other condition, i mean... i did no exp only because the developers intentionally added that skill to the list, like to say: "hey, how 'bout doing a LV1 run?" all the rest are self-made challenges, like the FFX NDFKDFJNFDFHJKSDJKAHFEONDNC/$(/$£=(=$/HXCDIA run (the alphanumeric string shouldn't mean anything, just to say how much self-made constraints someone decides to add)
when i think to those challenges i think: "well, i'm not so masochistic as they say, after all..."

well there are many ways to cheese LW tho even at level 1, the most broken cheese method is the jump fenrir method...... all you need for it is to remove any and all combo+/air combo+/finishing+ and stuff like that, equip negative combo and the fenrir, then lock on to him and jump, then slash, jump, then slash and so on and if done properly you can lock him in that combo and he wont get a chance to react

Dunno what are you talking about, but you can get negative combo only from Fenrir, the other negative combo is obtained only by levelling, so at level 1 the minimun # of combos you can do is 1 attack and 1 finish combo attack.

I added to the challenge of level 1 because it seemed too easy to cheese it otherwise. You can easily spam magic then use ethers to make things a lot easier. Also armor and accessories can make surviving a lot easier as well. The added restrictions makes it so that you have to learn the enemy's play styles and how to dodge/manipulate their attacks. It also meant that I couldn't just use strats from level 1 speedruns and had to make up my own strategies which I found really fun. To each their own though I suppose. *shrugs*
