Insane Difficulty: [REDACTED] scaling? - Insane Difficulty

Hey guys, First run through the game, loving the mod so far. Currently doing all the side stuff in WoR and getting everyone back.

I looked through all of the files with the mod ( printme and readme ) and I can't seem to find anything about how [REDACTED] scales for Celes. Maybe I'm blind? Is if magic based, vigor based, or stamina based? A [REDACTED] based Celes seems like something that could be useful.
