Can someone send me A-Patch? It's wiped off the internet

I would really like to be able to experience this mod, but A-Patch is nowhere. I've investigated, clicked links, googled, etc. It's gone. If someone still has it, please let me know.
If nobody happens to have A-Patch, do not just PM me the patched ROM.
That would be illegal. I don't condone that in any way, even though I own the physical cartridge. Really. Don't just send me the ROM, making it easier on everyone's lives. I would really hate for that to happen. I'm an upstanding citizen. I would never break a law.
