Megaman Battle Network 3: Wrath of the Underking is a difficulty and rebalance project for Megaman Battle Network 3, Blue version. Within its scope is for this mod to be approachable and engaging for both veterans, and completely new players to the series.
List of changes:
- AI enhancement of every enemy, virus or Navi in the game. checked!
- Rebalance of enemies' HP. checked!
- Redesigned enemy drops (chips an zenny). checked!
- Customized battle formations throughout the whole game. (Up to: BubbleMan's scenario!)
- Rebalance of chip codes and damage. checked!
- Shops editing. checked!
- Blue and Green Mistery Data's editing. checked!
- And more...
Releases will be made eventually, as parts of the mod are completed and ready to be tested. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated, so don't be afraid to sign in and give me your honest opinions about it!
v.0.5.5 Changes:
-Redesigned every single battle formation up to BubbleMan.

Notes about v.0.5.5:
This version is intended to be the Beta up to BubbleMan. There's still a few fixes that need to be done (mostly about dialogue editing, and modifying the lotto machine). But the rest is in its Beta phase. Please report all bugs encountered.
Known Issues:
BMD with SloGauge * doesn't disappear, it can be used as many times for the player to get more copies. Have fun abusing multiple copies of it. Kappa.
Patch must be applied over a Megaman Battle Network 3 Blue, US version ROM. Patching over any other version (including White) will result in unexpected bugs and glitches.
