Using FFTastic to level up out of sync characters?

Unfortunately my Ramza got way ahead of some of the characters I tend to use less, by about 10 levels.

What would be the easiest way to get them near his level without grinding and possibly making the situation worse? Is there a method where I can correctly modify their level like with FFTastic that correlates to the different stat growth in 1.3? I know this might be "cheating" but I only have so much time and I'd rather try getting better with strategy than spending time grinding.

I see you can modify c-values with LevelSim but it seems you can only go from level 1 to the desired level, as opposed to where your character currently is to the desired level. Let's say if I wanted to level up a lancer to 37 while he is currently at 30, If I were to input the correct values then it would be as if my character went from level 1 to level 37 purely as a lancer and not as a lancer and thief as I actually did. The end stats would not reflect mixed leveling from 1 to 37.

Don't use the tool in tastic. It uses the vanilla values, which will make flawed stats compared to 1.3's growths.

The only way to this date is to make the math to calculate the rough values. I want to say that someone (ludo?) made a proper calculator for it. You'd then input the result in tastic, and voila.

I'd be very interested in that calculator, as I play at 99.

So, are the FFTastic values too high, too low, or just different?

I think it's just different. The Lancer for example has better speed and slightly reduced PA growth vs vanilla iirc.

I think I figured it out. I take the raw values from FFTastic, use level sim to set levels to my current levels, put in raw values while altering the stat growth modifiers and change to my desired level. The stat growth will reflect my actual character leveling up under 1.3 stat growth rules.
