Drink anytime there's a counter-off between an enemy and a character (at least two counters in a single action). Take an extra swig per extraneous counterattack.
Take a drink if both of Sabin's claws proc on one attack. Take two if it happens twice in a row. Continue until it (or you) doesn't.
Take a drink if one of Cyan's proc katanas goes off against an enemy immune to Wind.
Take a drink if a rod fails to proc twice in a row, and keep drinking until it succeeds. Also take a drink any time a rod proc happens while a character is out of MP to get the auto-crit.
Take a drink any time a Wallchange boss shifts weakness to an element no one in your party can hit.
Take a drink whenever Gau using a buffing Rage like Conjurer or Cerberus casts the buff on a character who already has the buff.

So, ok... apparently several of you have a death wish.
Here's my favorites of the ones posted so far:
• Drink for rare steals (two if it's Kefka's Tiara)
• Drink every time Shadow dies
• Drink for attacks that damage cap (two if they break the damage cap)
• Drink if both of Sabin's weapons proc
• Drink for Boxcars and Snake Eyes (two drinks if it's the Fixed Dice)
• Two drinks if you accidentally level up with no esper equipped
• Finish your drink and buy the house a round if you die during the FC escape sequence

On a completely unrelated note... anybody up to watch me Stream myself killing Shadow over and over with Setzer's Dice and Sabin's Claws?

Drinking games promote drunken behavior. I, for one, am objecting to this thread on moral grounds.

I always figured Kjata made an appointment one day with a dyslexic dentist to have his molars removed and that's why he is the way he is now.

• Drink when Meteo hits everyone in your party (two drinks if it's a TPK)

so if it kills all your party members, but some get up with Rerise, is that one drink or two?

As a corollary to "drink when Setzer gets a winning spin when you wanted to lose," drink whenever Setzer uses BAR-BAR-BAR to summon an Esper you don't have access to yet (like Bahamut in the WoB). Take an additional drink if the enemy is immune to whatever the Esper uses. Finish your drink if he manages to summon a Stamina-based healing Esper while using a Stamina build.

Drink when a dragoon dies in midair due to a poison/seizure tick and then his corpse lands on the enemy. Two drinks if it hits twice and/or procs a spellcast.
