Stann One of the worst abilities in Magic the Gathering is probably "Protection from everything." There are too many things that Progenitus is not protected from for that ability to be descriptive.

The problem isn't "protection from everything", it is how protection works. Protection is one of those things that is still around because it was in Alpha. It has been grandfathered into the rules.
