Wanted to keep you guys updated, as I have been putting a considerable amount of work in. I don't anticipate it will take me much longer to get this release out!

Formation Edits (Most work) - 100%
Stat Growths - 30%
Item Stats - 20%
Ability Changes - 60%
Mechanics / ASM - 90%
Documentation - 10%
Graphic Edits (Title Screen / Sprite) - 30%

I work decently fast when I have time. That being said I have a lot of free time this week and am hoping to get a lot of this done.

Thanks for being patient. I know its been a while!

I cant even fucking imagine modding FFTA. There is just so much fucking shit in the game. Something like 130 story battles.

One suggestion I have is to remove every quest item that isnt actually used for a quest. That way people dont have to use a guide for safe items to throw away.

I hope it will be overly challenging. I decided to make a blind LP of FFTA using your mod (never played past the intro battle), and if it is easy I'll mock you. :3

cant wait to get back into it myself!

out of curiosity iirc it was going back to almost exactly vanilla this coming patch right? if so is gadgeteer still gonna be a different class or anything else for modded classes? i personally loved cultist over gadgeteer imo and was a nice bit of added diversity to use a melee moogle

Will this new version have a proper difficulty curve? The previous version sort of threw me off because of the inverse difficulty curve (first battle being the hardest and the game getting slightly easier over time). I hope to see a hard but doable first battle, with the other battles getting harder and harder.

I don't remember very well, but I think that equipment/skills were kinda what made the difficulty curve be too smooth, I remember the first clan battles had enemies with advanced jobs and very good equipment even at low levels. Of course that means that as you close the gap in gear power, the difficulty wears off.
