But I once accomplished a somewhat difficult challenges in FF VII, and found an interesting glitch. First, the glitch caused the ps2 to lockup during the emerald weapon fight, music and animations would continue, but no actions/turns would occur (had this happen twice, while casting MANY demi on emerald weapon, believe it was caused by a memory overload from calculating (then capping at max damage) a percentage of emerald weapon's current hp MANY times as I kept casting demi.

I then later actually defeated the emerald weapon without the use of underwater or KotR materias, which i was trying to do when I noticed the glitch while using demi, replaced it with ultima.

I'm not sure that these are quite the caliber of challenges that you're looking for here, but if I ever complete my 1.3 playthrough (just started) or my FF IX level 1 playthough (in disc 2, at the escape from Alexandria part, which seems nearly impossible to me), I'll make sure to let you know!

Figured id just mention too, my little brother managed to work his way to the Guy in IWBTG, but was never able to beat him.

Defeating Emerald without UW Materia or 7777 trickss or Game Over
would count as achievement, though not worth as many points as something like defeating Kaizo Mario on video, for example.

However, you need proof for your account to get the badge, and for something like that, it needs to be in video form. If we start giving badges to people without proof it'll just create an unfair environment.
