Because I've been doing a little testing with this, and found one bug.
I also tried replicating this in regular FF6 and it doesn't happen. Tried it on spells that normally reflect, and spells that normally ignore reflect. Neither behaved in the manner that ROTDS does. So whatever is going on, my guess is it's a result of the changes made to Runic in ROTDS.
As for the bug, well I used Runic + Reflect Vortex onto an enemy. Vortex triggered instant death. But the enemy wasn't actually dead, even though it had been removed from the field it was still casting spells. Without any enemies on the field, most skills and spells prevent you from selecting them. I did manage to kill the pseudo-dead enemy using Tifa's slots.
I'm going to start streaming in a bit, and will demonstrate / test this some more and make a highlight out of it.

I reset on AlphaOmega several times to get good RNG for the first phase. Since resetting appears to make the music slow down worse, the fact that I reset a bunch might be related to this bug.

I'm 99% sure I fixed the Runic bug the other day, I already can't recall because my memory is shit, but I see this in the change log for 1.6.2:
- fixed an issue with Runic where it would not bypass Reflect status for Arc, like it should.
I think I may have witnessed that in one of your streaming sessions, and went to fix it.
As for the music slowdown issue, this is interesting I shall take a look into that right after I'm done typing this lol. I remember similar issues with directly ripped songs, which that one is, but usually it would happen without the reset factor, so that is strange. If I cannot find how to fix this he could just receive another song I suppose. Thanks for the report!
In other news I was GOING to have the new version (1.6.2) out today, but it looks like not - had an unexpected job come up this week and then got drunk yesterday and hangover today. So yeah, no special Halloween update ;_;. I don't have that much else to do though...

It's HP restoration, and it doesn't reverse on undead. That's one of the things I tested, to see if you could hurt undead with it.
