Hard Type Upgrader
Easier than using Cd Mage to add in edited files, as long as they are the same size, smaller files sizes may also work. Modified this from the package that was released for the Legend of Dragoon to add in the encounter rate modifier patched files. Legend of Dragoon Modifier, its broken, it does not work, so you have to do some small edits, anyway. The PC version of FF7 is getting some updates, forget what its called off hand, anyone wants to convert maybe add them to the hard type mod, or, whatever else.
