Lol New World mod for BNW 2.0. Applies to an unheadered 2.0 rom.

LOL NEW WORLD

	This mod is that of an old veteran of Brave New World loving the "every 
	character / build is now their own unique flower", but thinking to himself
	that some of the garden could use some pruning, some could use some fertilizer,
	some plants needed to be transplanted elsewhere, that big old bush needed to be 
	hacked away so it doesn't choke out the other plants, etc, etc.
	
	In other words, this mod is meant as sort of a continuation of Brave New World.
	It is not a difficulty mod, or a major re-balance / overhaul. It does modestly
	overhaul a few things or make a few things a bit more difficult, and it certainly
	does re-balance many things. However, stepping back from the trees to see the 
	forest, this mod is very much a daughter plant of Brave New World. If 
	you're looking for a hard type or for a more major overhaul, there are other 
	various mods of Brave New World lying around.
	
	The original impetus for this mod was noticing how the Stamina stat, while becoming
	a solid stat, was doing so by basically becoming a third attack stat. (See: Odin,
	Atma, the large amount of stamina-based wind damage, Interceptor's attack). This
	mod was born in an attempt to shift stamina over to mostly being defensive, with 
	only a handful of stamina-based damage attacks. Course, being me, the mod grew 
	into a more general "everything I still think Brave New World could use", whether
	that's giving the vigor stat some new tools (counter-attacks), implementing my 
	old idea of dividing Dances between WoB and WoR, and even attempts to make 
	crazy builds like stam Edgar or spd Locke actually semi-viable.

Not actually a joke patch (apart from the Thamasian +vig Espers, but that's its own patch), he's put and almost unhealthy amount of honest consideration into the tweaks he's made here in an obsessive effort to further refine BTB's near-perfect balance, mostly geared toward BNW vets who have played the game too much and want something to mix it up.

Pretty much that. "lol" is simply because my name is "funny"man, so the joke was that my little mod would be called "lol new world." I lack the originality to think up a name myself, so "lol new world" it is.

You can consider the vig Thamasa patch to be "rofl new world".

Lol New World is still in development. Primarily being discussed & finalized on the Discord server. My coder is also making some progress. I'll shortly create a (concise) change log and update the original post.

EDIT: Updated with most recent changelog, as well as most recent version of the hack.
