Stat builds based on character unique talents

I'm going to be playing BNW for the first time, and I want to build my characters around their special abilities, Morph, Steal, Tools, Runic, etc.  So I wanted to know what stats were best to invest in for each character to do that?  Maybe that doesn't make sense for Steal or Runic, so maybe some other suggestions in those cases.  Thnaks!

The readme covers this info fairly well, but almost all of the special abilities include different options for different stats. Sabin has Vig based, Mag based, and Stam based Blitzes. Edgar has Vig and Mag tools, etc etc.

The only ones that only look at one stat are Steal (Speed makes steal better) and Lore (all are either Magic or don't look at any of the 4 stats directly)
