The spell is more high level to learn and nope learn nothing magic for average level, 1 and 2. The all magic is down 50% effet and + 50% cost magic. The all monster add X 3 HP and MP and +1 all stats base, Power, Guard, Magic, Speed. Adjuste Base HP X5 and MP X3 basic for begin all hero. Stat Basic Level 1.
