Those of you in the know.  Is this compatible with v.8, despite it clearly stating that a clean US rom needs to be used..?

 You Get The Dragon Claw After Catching Kyogre,Groudon,And Rayquaza(And Maybe Latias And Latios)

To tide you over, have you beaten everything in the hard mode of v8? What about earlier versions?  All the ones still around are available in the download section.
