I noticed Shadow's fight DPS seemed to be growing rapidly towards the end of the game, so I threw a hyper wrist and a muscle belt on him and brought him along to fight Kefka.
And he did this. Every. Turn.
Jeebus.
So Locke spammed X-Potions and Celes and Terra took a well-deserved nap.
