yes, everyone can equip everything. but if you equip a weapon not listed under "eqp" they'll be 25% less effective.
30 is the cap of total job levels on a character.
list of abilities and skills is in the xls that was in the zip file of the hack, that has almost everything you might want to know.

no it doesn't because it is already included by default

You have to make sure none of your current equipment makes you immune to corobokkle status, e.g. moon ring, gold shield, the 258 gold armors from Forcena (e.g. Hauberk).

Because Zsnes is quite buggy.
Half the stuff there runs on prayers not code.
And several ingame instructions are just inaccurate workarounds which yields strange results as you saw here.

Depends on what you're doing; there are two types of regular attack with very different cooldown times, see readme for details.
