Edit: Just tested it out with speedup, savegame editor and turbo button Master spheres:
The result is quite a difference:
Here are Tidus stats after activating every node via Master Sphere on the sphere grids
Standard Sphere grid // Expert Sphere Grid
Strength 187 // 109
Defense 160 // 141
Magic 147 // 169
Magic Defense 129 // 122
Agility 184 // 156
Luck 36 // 32
Evasion 134 // 70
Accuracy 80 // 77
The difference in maximum strength seems quite extreme, think I'll stick to the standard grid for this one...

I'm kinda concerned about previous poster with stats comparing info.
Is this mod intended to play at standart grid or expert? Or expert intended as well, just would be harder? Don't want to stuck on superbosses forever

The Standard Sphere Grid does make the game easier, but it isn't game breaking.
The patch is intended for the Expert Sphere Grid, but certainly works with either. The Expert Sphere Grid is balanced around a max party. As of v1.2 I believe (this is off the top of my head and may be slightly inaccurate) there is 96 Strength and 104 Magic on the Expert Sphere Grid. There are 5 Strength Spheres and 2 Magic Spheres available in the game. This results in keeping physical attacks, spells, Aeons, and Overdrives viable late game, instead of having the game devolve into spamming Quick Hit.
That said, I realized some people might not like the alterations to the Expert Sphere Grid, which is why I left the Standard Sphere Grid unaltered.
Keep all that in mind when deciding which Sphere Grid to use, and have fun!

always fail when i want to patch it...
is it because it's already patched with jap voice so that's why it wont be patched with punishment..
just want to fresh start from beginning with jap voice...
already play international punishment till sin dungeon but got bored with eng voice.

oh well, im not fond of the english voices either, but it'll have to do

How i know if the patch is working? It is suppose to have punishment on the open menu?
1.7 cause a crash during the cutscene with the prayer. Just after I met Auron. 1.3 seem to work.

P.S:And for the *see if the patch* is working is quite easy the monster and everything is a bit more difficult then normal lol and a lot of thing arent vanilla based as in spere grid and such

I have been modding FFX International version and I'm finished with my difficulty mod that makes the enemies tougher and act faster in battle. When making the mod I had the mindset of not making the player grind any more than one normally would - still making the game more enjoyable by buffing the enemies and making bosses harder. I'm kinda new to these forums and I was wondering where should I post this mod so people could try it out?
