If so you can not really tell, but if you go into giza plains and the goblins are at 90 HP or more, then it is patched correctly.

When I go to the downloads Tab and select it from there it says "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading"
If the problem is occurring from my end can some one please explain how to fix it.

Yeah the game breaking bugs aren't good
Won't happen in the next patch.

I think I've stumbled upon a problem in the patching process. The whole process was as follows:
- Downloaded the patch from here.
- A link to A-patch in the first post foes not work for me. I used this one.
- Patch didn't apply to a ROM marked as (USA, Australia). Sorry, I could not find a ROM number for this one. I didn't see an "X" in home screen and started the game with 5000 gil.
- Patch did apply to a ROM marked as (USA, Eurasia). The ROM number is 1141. I see an "X" in the home screen and started the game with 10000 gil.
- Played until completing "#003 The Cheetahs" mission, everything gone good so far. But here is when problems started for me:
- As per guide, Hunter class should have been unlocked after learning 2x abilities in Thief & Archer classes. It unlocks after 2x Archer for me:
- Ninja class is named Soul-seer and requires 3x White mage abilities & 5x Black mage abilities, which I obviously haven't learned for a melee fighter. "Soul-seer" did unlock after learning 2x abilities in Thief class.
- Also, I did mention something weird right from the beginning, but did not pay attention to this:

Can you please help me out? What was I doing wrong? What ROM should I have used? Can this be specified somewhere in this topic or in the guide (I really did try to search for this on the forum)?
P.S. Please, forgive me, if I had to create e new thread for this question. I'm new here and do not know, what are the local customs here regarding new thread opening, forum rules are not quite specific here.

Guide says, that Nu Mou Illusionist can learn skills from vanilla FFTA an equip rods. My patched version allows them to equip instruments and learn some "Venom Bash" (???).
Guide says that Moogle White Monk is accessible right from the start, but it isn't in my patched version.
Can you at least point me out on what point did I take the wrong turn? Any help please?

Neither of these are in any way logic errors. You'd only know it was a logic error if you were actually looking at the code.
