From Underground Book Storage to Grog Hill. It's kinda late here and I did these as fast and effective as I could.
Enjoy!

You beat up the guy who asked you for condoms?
Anyway, reading this thread made me feel like giving MT another try. I'll probably get around to that sometime in the next year.

Good thing next year is pretty much around the corner. So far, I've been having a blast so I support your idea to give it another shot!

Also, I liked Movers. They seem pretty interesting.

1. You are the first person I've seen to successfully kill all of Izlude's squad before killing him. Not 100% sure why you did this, but was still a relatively quick battle.
2. Ludo indirectly gave me the idea for the Movers, through a video of one of his teams on some arena patch that gave Bards innate Critical. It solves the problem of those things actually using songs/dances, while being fairly hard to kill and not giving the player access to this gimmick in any form. There are a couple other Mover battles later on, this by far is the easiest.
3. Not all that surprised about this sequence being shorter - you're a very aggressive player compared to most I've seen, and the Izlude/Wiegraf sequence favors offensive strategies.
Excellent work, keep them coming.

Also Laith I started my playthrough last night, thanks for that. It's fun so far, huge improvement over the earlier version I played (0.31a, IIRC).

1. To be honest...
2. It actually sounds pretty good. Hopefully I'll make it to those fights and see what those guys are made of!
3. I feel flattered.
@Ludo
Damn, oldschool Monster Tactics. I think the earliest I've seen is... some 1.xx version. Not sure which. But from that, it seems like a lot of things have improved. Emmy ownz.

I think I've figured out what your favorite ability is. = You'll probably like the Cocatoris, that's recruitable in ch 4 start.

I also like Stop and Petrify, but I seem to grasp better chances to put everyone to sleep.
I made sure to get Blue Mage skills. I got to see the Espers. Those guys are freaky! But also really cool.

Sorry for making this post that is completely irrelevant to whatever's going on in here.

It can be frustrating but also kinda thrilling. xD

A lot of these go both ways. Stuff like the assassin skills in vanilla (Allure, Seal, Shadow Stitch, etc) have been made into faith based skills instead of 100%. So enemies can miss these too. Most skills with accuracy <100% are actually better than they were in vanilla (who out there actually likes missing with Revive?), while most of the ones that have been nerfed (like sword skills and Earth Slash) were too good the way they were. The misses are just more noticeable since you have to pay more attention to what is going on around you.

Anyway, here are the first two battles of Chapter 4! One in 2.08a, and the second one with 2.09 version.

Were you just lazy with grinding or is this how you're forced to play? Some of the battles I took a look at seem to have tons of enemies. Just curious, as I'm planning to play this mod in the future.

In ch 4 there's quite a few battles with large numbers of enemies (9-11). These aren't always hard (Finath is MUCH harder than Doguola Path, despite having the same number of enemies), and there's several battles with smaller numbers of stronger enemies (Queklain, for example).

Other than that, I was actually thinking about getting some more skills unlocked later in the game.
Emmy's guess was correct, and well, in the beginning, I kinda forced myself to play with what I had, at least up to Quek. (That lv2 goblin was beast, though I ended up realizing I needed to step up my game.)
I went through some extensive grinding to unlock most other jobs and master a few others, like Dragoon and Blue Mage. I'm just missing skills from other jobs like Mediator and Oracle, I guess.
From what I've experienced and also from my conversations with Emmy is that difficulty seems to be there, regardless of whatever strategy you decide to use. But that's the beauty of it, there are various approaches you can make, depending on your playstyle or if you're looking to discover new ways to get through.
