Open lunar ips. Select apply patch. Find and select your patch. Find and select your rom.

For anybody that has McAfee and wants to use A-patcher, disable real-time scanning. I'm not sure if this solved anybody else's problems but it sure solved mine.

Is there something I'm missing? It seems Lunar IPS only works with .ips files. This patch is a .aps file.

You are correct. Next release will be .IPS.

I want to do this, but I am unable to use the .aps file. I don't have A-ptch, and I am unable to download it from here. Hopefully you guys are close to a .ips version.
